Dear Neighbors,
Although the public hearing on the Farrell Estates DEIS has concluded, there is still an opportunity to submit written public comments. The Planning Board will continue accepting comments until Monday, April 28.
This is a major project that would bring:

99 new homes on a 130-acre property

New roadways and stormwater systems

Significant environmental and community impacts
Even if you couldn’t attend the hearing, your input still matters — written comments become part of the official public record.
