Dear Gedney Farms Neighbors,
Below is the letter the Board sent to Mr. Farrell subsequent to our meetings with him earlier this year when he presented his preliminary subdivision plan. Please note that the plan presented Wednesday night has been modified somewhat from the earlier plan that was the basis of our letter. We are in the process of reviewing the revised plan which has been formally submitted to the City. Our findings, concerns and recommendations will be submitted to the Planning Board which we understand will be the Lead Agency in reviewing the Plan.
Our letter to the Planning Board and Common Council will be sent to all Gedney Farms members who have registered their e-mail addresses with us. Notwithstanding the Gedney Board communication to the Planning Board, we urge all individuals to email the Gedney Association your own comments as well as contact the Planning Board and the Common Council directly by letter or e-mail to express your own thoughts on the Farrell Subdivision Plan.
