What Happens Next?
Environmental Findings: The Planning Board may consider an environmental findings resolution at its November 17 or December 15 meeting. Adoption of the resolution would conclude the environmental review process.
Subdivision Review: The applicant would then submit a preliminary subdivision plan. Public hearings will be held during both the preliminary and final subdivision review stages.
Acceptance of the FEIS does not constitute approval of the proposed development.
The Gedney Association will continue to share updates as the review process moves forward.
