Farrell Estates Subdivision – Planning Board Update
 

Dear Neighbors,

The Farrell Estates at Ridgeway Subdivision is on the White Plains Planning Board agenda for February 24, 2026.

The applicant will provide:

• An update on the progress of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)
• A presentation describing changes proposed in response to comments on the DEIS.

Important Information

• No public comment will be taken at this meeting.

• The meeting will be livestreamed.

• A recording and transcript will be posted on the City’s website.

• Meeting minutes will be adopted at the March 17, 2026 Planning Board meeting.

What Happens Next?

Once the FEIS is submitted and determined complete by the Planning Board:

• SEQR requires a 10-day written public comment period.

• That will be the formal opportunity for public comments.

We will notify neighbors when that comment period begins.
