The DEIS Draft Scoping document for the Farrell Estates at Ridgeway is available for public comment and posted on the City’s WEBSITE. This document is the Draft Scope of the topics, issues, and analyses to be included in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed subdivision of the property at 400 Ridgeway into 105 lots, for 99 houses, a clubhouse, open space, stormwater detention, and roads.
