The Gedney Association: Celebrating 100 Years

Proud of Our Past. Investing in Our Future.
October 2025

Dear Neighbors,

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Gedney Association, and to honor this milestone, we’re launching a special project: the installation of a Gedney Farms Monument Sign on Gedney Esplanade near Mamaroneck Avenue.

This monument will be more than stone and bronze; it will be a lasting gift to our neighborhood, a landmark that honors our past and stands for generations to come. The design features a granite base with a cast bronze plaque engraved with the Gedney Farms name and a tree design symbolizing the enduring beauty of our sycamores and oaks.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to complete this Centennial Project.

How to Give:

  • Online: Visit gedneyfarms.net/membership and select “Donate to Monument Sign”
  • By Check: Payable to Gedney Association, with “Monument Sign” in the memo. Mail to:
    P.O. Box 134
    White Plains, NY 10605

Give to the Monument Sign Fund

Thank you for helping us mark this historic year with something lasting and meaningful; Proud of Our Past. Investing in Our Future.

Warmly,

The Gedney Association Board
