About The Gedney Association
The Gedney Association of White Plains was formed in 1925 when a group of concerned property owners came together with a vision to actively contribute to their distinctive, historically significant neighborhood. Dedicated to enhancing the community’s beauty, the Gedney Association collaborates with local government officials to safeguard and enrich the neighborhood’s rich historical and residential essence. The members of the Gedney Association care passionately about their community and those who comprise it. We operate as a volunteer-driven organization, committed to advancing and safeguarding the interests of property owners within Gedney Farms. All funds raised by the Association are reinvested directly into the neighborhood for its improvement and upkeep. The Gedney Association, comprising approximately 506 households, operates as a non-profit organization, governed by a 12-member Board of Directors.
