A Wonderful Day in Gedney Farms – Monument Unveiling Photos

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for the unveiling of the new Gedney Farms monument sign. It was a beautiful afternoon and a wonderful celebration of our neighborhood’s history, community spirit, and the Gedney Association’s 100th anniversary.

We were delighted to see neighbors of all ages come together — families, children, longtime residents, and even a few four-legged friends — to share in this special occasion.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all who helped make this project possible through their generosity and support. We also offer special thanks to Norman DiChiara who generously donated time and expertise throughout the design process, and to Bellantoni Landscape for their outstanding craftsmanship in bringing the monument to life.

John Sheehan, President of the Gedney Association, shared remarks during the unveiling, joined by Vice President John Rand as we marked this meaningful milestone. We were also honored to welcome members of the White Plains Common Council who joined us for the celebration.
