We want to inform you that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed subdivision at 400 Ridgeway (Farrell Estates at Ridgeway) – formerly the Ridgeway Country Club – has been completed. The public comment period is now open, giving you the opportunity to provide valuable input on this significant development.
Project Overview:
- Location: 400 Ridgeway, White Plains, NY
- Proposal: Subdivision of the 129.68-acre property into:
- 99 residential parcels
- 6 non-residential parcels
- New roadways, stormwater management features, and a clubhouse
Public Hearing Details:
Date: March 18, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM
Venue: Common Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 255 Main Street, White Plains, NY
Note: The hearing will continue at the Planning Board meeting on April 15, 2025.
