We want to inform you about an important Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, February 3, 2025, at 7:30 PM, regarding the proposed redevelopment of the Galleria Mall site.
This hearing will address:

The developer’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement

A request to rezone the land to allow significantly taller buildings, ranging from 140 to 450 feet (as high as 45 stories), compared to the current maximum height of 90 feet.
